Resin Air Coupling

Very lightweight Silicon-Free POM plastics. Sockets have a built-in locking mechanism and are auto connect type. Lightweight and very durable for use in high frequency assembly applications.
This coupling has been used at seaside operation too.

Interchange Air Coupling

As you may know, there are many kinds of coupling plug design.
In the States, we could see the industrial plug 1/4, 3/8, ARO 210, Lincoln 1/4, TruFlates and etc...
In Asian market, Japanese Standard plug is main use.
In Europe, Mainly European high flow type plug, but some countries are using Japanese standard some are US Industrial or ARO 210. Daisen is offering the interchangeable products.

Fitting Series

We have been developping the special design fittings which we supplied worldwide (some are OEM supply). Most popular model is Free Angle Fitting series.To address ergonimic issues in assembly settings. The Free-Angle provides an ergonomic connection to air tools and equipment. The Free-Angle swivels 360° and pivots a full 45°, preventing kinking, tangles, and strain
on both compressed air lines and operators. We also iinnovated the special design fitting "Hip Joint" provides increased airflow to competing units.
When installed onto a tool, two Swivels along with a rotating joint provide unrestricted range of
motion for the user, reducing fatigue.
