DAISEN button-type couplings feature a one-touch (automatic) connection. When connecting or disconnecting, pressing the button initiates a purging process 　that gradually releases air from the piping. During this process, the plug remains securely in place and can be separated by gently pushing it back toward the socket.
This mechanism controls hose whipping caused by residual pressure in the piping, ensuring operator safety. Japanese Standard Plug type is standard. US industrial 3/8 plug with NPT thread is custom made products.

DAISEN "Dai-Flow" button type couplings features a compact, lightweight design that reduces user fatigue when compared to a traditional coupler design. Dai-Flow eliminates the valve and spring often seen in traditional couplings, providing unrestricted flow and maximum tool performance. Connecting the Dai-Flow is accomplished under zero pressure by inserting the plug, and pivoting. All Dai-Flow Coupling are Chrome-Plated for easy clean-up in automotive or paint settings,and available in multiple sizes.

In the manufacturing, construction, and automotive industries, there is a demand for air supply at higher pressures as the performance of air tools and pneumatic equipment improves. A pressure of 3MPa is a high pressure range that exceeds that of general pneumatic systems (approximately 0.5 to 0.7MPa), and is particularly required in heavy industry and special machine operations. For example, it is used in air tools that require high torque (especially nail guns, which are pneumatic and pressure-utilizing tools) and large-scale work such as pumping concrete.

High-pressure pneumatic systems can transmit more energy with the same volume, which is expected to lead to smaller equipment and improved work efficiency. Couplings compatible with 3MPa can be said to be special products compatible with such highly efficient systems. In high-pressure environments, leakage or damage to connections can lead to serious accidents, so highly reliable couplings are required.
